National Building Specification

NATSPEC, the National Building Specification includes specialist packages for all building design professionals, plus home owners. Additional material can be easily incorporated to create a specification custom made for your next project.

Subscriber Login for SPECbuilder

Domestic Online can be accessed by subscribers and one-off users to significantly streamline the specification creation process for residential project specifications. Domestic Online is for building designers specifying site and building works for residential projects.

For Local Government

AUS-SPEC is the national specification system for the design, construction, maintenance and operation of local government assets. AUS-SPEC packages are supplied on a subscription basis and are updated every October.

Download branded worksections and case studies from NATSPEC Product Partners, offering reputation, quality to Australian standards, and support. Branded worksections are based on and aligned with NATSPEC generic worksections and meet the same levels of quality.

National Construction Product Register

A searchable database of construction products with evidence of conformity to Australian and international standards. It is developed and maintained by Construction Information Systems Limited (NATSPEC).

National BIM Guide and documents

The NATSPEC BIM Portal is home to the National BIM Guide and other documents and tools that will assist the implementation of BIM. It also hosts tools developed by the Sustainable Built Environment National Research Centre (SBEnrc).
